Hose Policy:

1) The owners will turn the spigots on to water and off when they have finished watering.

2) The owners with hoses running up to the second floor units are prohibited from watering in a manner that results in water flow onto first floor decks. Any water that affects first floor decks will constitute a nuisance.

3) The Board restricts the hours to water using a hose/wand to 7AM-7PM. Watering using watering cans is allowed at any time with consideration of your neighbors at all times.

4) If owners are found to violate these rules through observation or complaints, the following will occur:

1st Violation will result in a Warning.

2nd Violation will result in that owner's hose being disconnected and that owner will lose use of the spigot.
